Payment
Stig Rossen Shop accepts credit cards and bank transfers. The payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.
Stig Rossen Shop encrypts all of your credit card information with the so called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your card number or other information during the payment transaction.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14 days sale or return on the items from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase all you have to do is to return the item in the same state as when you received it. When the returned item is received by Stig Rossen Shop and the content accepted, the refund of the purchase price will be transferred to your account within few days. You will have to defray the expenses for returning the item yourself. For practical details please read the section “Complaints and return of items”.
Right to invoke loc
Stig Rossen Shop will grant you 2 years right to invoke lack of conformity in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act covering production and material defects found by normal use of the item. The right does not cover defects, damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by faulty use, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorized engagement. Complaints about defects or shortcomings which ought to be discovered by usual examination of the item must be reported to Stig Rossen Shop within reasonable time. The item can hereafter be returned for replacement or for crediting if this was agreed. In connection with cases of complaint Stig Rossen Shop will defray the expenses within a reasonable scale.

Returned items will also have to be forwarded to this address. Please note that we do not accept receipt of packages sent COD. You can also choose to return the item by refusing receipt. We do not claim it but the dispatch is furthered if comprehensive information is enclosed with the package for instance copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number for bank account to which refunds can be made, copy of previous correspondence etc.
Refunds
In case of agreed discounts, returned items or items paid for in advance but withdrawn before shipment there will be a complete or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds will usually be given by bank transfer and for this Stig Rossen Shop will therefore need information about registration number and account number for your bank account. This kind of information is not sensitive and can be sent by email or other traditional form of correspondence just like that.
Shipment
Stig Rossen Shop will ship your order using the Danish Postal Service. You will be able to see the total cost of shipment in connection with your order. Delivery will depend on the Danish Postal Service's terms of delivery.
